Learning Challenge: Deskercise

I do find myself constantly needing to stretch or crack some muscles especially after some of the lectures my back does be sore from the chairs, or even at home when i am on computer and have bad posture Ill feel my back stiffing up . So these exercising/ stretches' where great relief. I enjoyed the deep new bends, the active arm stretch and the back stretch , and I think I will be using them in the future.
